A Long Trip to New Zealand

First I am Maggie MacDonald and I sailed on a boat to New Zealand.  I waved goodbye to my family.  I felt sad.  There was a big storm at sea with lightning.  I felt sick.  We were told that we were nearly there.  When we got there we lived happily ever after.

New Zealand Journey

We are the McLeod family and I am the poorest in the family.  Oh I forgot to tell you, my name is Daniel. I had to wave goodbye to my family because I was going to New Zealand on a boat.  There was a storm at sea and I was terrified.  One day my brother John climbed to the crow’s nest and he saw New Zealand.  Everyone lined up to get off the ship and I found my friend.

A Long Time Ago

I am Robert MacDonald and I sailed on a ship that came from Scotland.  When we got on the boat we had to go on our bunk beds.  Then we went into a bad storm.  I vomited in the bucket.  We were nearly there.  “Yah,” everyone screamed. We were finally in New Zealand.

Not Fun Going To New Zealand

I am the in the MacDonald family.  My name is Meg.  We are in Scotland and we are going to New Zealand.  When I got on the ship I waved goodbye to my family with a sad face.  When the ship started I vomited because I was seasick.  When I stopped vomiting I tried to sleep but I felt hungry.  I got up and ate some fish.  Finally we were in New Zealand.  “Yah!” I shouted.

A Long Trip to New Zealand

My name is Meg and I am part of the Sinclair family.  We got on the boat and I waved goodbye.  It was good at first but then it started raining hard.  I got into bed.  At nighttime it rained and rained and rained.  Lightening came for a long time.  In the morning it was still raining.  I ate my breakfast.  I looked out the window and it was sunny.  Soon we were in New Zealand.
